Failover vs Standby License

We currently have a Pro License and are looking into upgrading to an Enterprise license in our upcoming fiscal year (starting in June). I found a 3cx document that explains the failover option within 3cx but I couldn't find any information on the standby license. Those two things are why we are considering an Enterprise license (in addition to changing the phone logo very easily). So, my question to this group, what's the difference between failover and standby license?

They mean the same thing, just interchangeable when they're being referenced.
