Hi guys,

I ve been stuffing around for the last 24 hours trying to get Faktortel going with 3CX, I was using it with trixbox no issues but can't seem to get it to play with faktortel. Has anyone got a screen shot/hit list of what to setup (outside of generic VOIP provider)

Where I m at at the moment is dial in works at the SIP part but spits up the following error then drops (I m using a DID)

11:13:02.772 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=6084ee9d cseq=INVITE [email protected] / 103 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

I ve re-entered the login credentials which work fine with X-LITE a number of times, the only thing I can think is I followed this post and have implemented it using my local server ID (LAN IP)

http://www.3cx.com/forums/working-voip-providers-5011-45.html#p37919

I have to have this going in 48 hours so will have to go back to trixbox if I cant get this going - please help! :-)

many thanks

X-lite handles one "line" at the time and has predefined behavior for incoming call - "receive the call"
PBX handles many lines and should be able to distinctly identify source of call to be able to route it.
You should specify correct source identification rules for the "line".
At first, you need to read documentation (there is the link in help menu of management console)
Additional links:
http://wiki.3cx.com/documentation/voip-providers - there is a list of links to helpful articles. All of them may be useful in your case, but most important is "http://wiki.3cx.com/documentation/voip-providers/how-to-solve-source-identification-issues"

I wish you to resolve this problem
Good Luck :)
