if i put the trunk settings on the fanvil it is registered successfully
Yes, if use that trunk settings of 3cx in Fanvil it works to send fax. What do you mean by this...
What trunk settings are you using? Did you create a trunk in 3CX?
I don't know why you'd be creating a trunk in 3CX, then registering an ATA. Not the way the device was intended to be used. You do need to create an extension, then use those credentials in the ATA. If you plan on using this as a fax extension, then be advised that that is only (officially) supported local to the server, or over VPN. I'm not saying that it won't work, but VoIP Fax can be hit and miss. at the best of times.Yes, if use that trunk settings of 3cx in Fanvil it works to send fax.
From 3cx supported ATAs Fanvil G200s is not part of it but i am thinking of using an extension created in 3cx and use the details in Fanvil knowing that Fax can still be supported through G.711
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
