Unsupported Fanvil C56

Hello, trust every one is well and safe. Shot in the dark have an old fanvil C56 that is been picked up under the phones via a SBC but the add assign is grayed out taking a guess I need to upgrade the fanvil to a newer model or is there away to register via the SBC? Thanking you in advanced

You can try registering it manually. It isn't a supported model so no promises there.

SBC is the Outbound Proxy in the settings.

As above, there is no support for this model sou you are better of getting one of the currently supported models that can be found here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

The reason it shows up is because upon boot most phones make their presence on the network known. But since it is not a supported model with a corresponding template, the buttons are grayed out (unknown SIP device).
