Bonjour

merci d'apporter vos solution concernant des problèmes survenues au niveau d'émission & réception, le message de raccrochement du combiné est toujours affiché sur l'écran (voir screenshot) alors je dois quitter l'appel manuellement en cliquant sur terminer.

ma question est comment terminer les appelles automatiquement sur le système
autre question, lorsque je compose un numéro interne a partir du téléphone je dois cliquer sur appeler, alors les appels passe directement sans mon intervention

Hi,

I would start by ensuring the phone has the correct firmware from here: https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/

Then I would factory reset the phone, and provision it from the beginning using automatic provisioning (not manual).

Remove any accessories (like headsets or EHS) to make sure they are not interfering during the test.

Make sure you are using our default phone templates (not custom ones).

Note: when making calls you must press dial. If you want to avoid this then dial the number first, and then lift the handset (or press speaker button).

j'ai suivi les étapes, mais je n'arrive toujours pas a faire des appels en interne sans appuyer sur icone appel,
Note : sur les anciens firmware, l'option a été automatique

I don't remember about the old firmware to be honest, but this firmware has not been updated in quite a long time (about 2 years).
Either way, what you noticed now is the default behavior on pretty much all the Fanvil models (older and newer).


I tested X4 and X3S now. Here are the results:

- When making calls: you must dial a number first and press the call button (or speaker button or lift handset)

- When receiving calls: you can just lift the handset and it must answer. You do not have to press the button unless you want to answer in speaker mode.

Is your phone behaving like my description?
