Fanvil Doorphones

We are in the process of testing 3CX and its features. We have a lot of Fanvil doorphones (i30).
What we want to achieve is to setup and configure Fanvil i30 from 3CX. Within Fanvil i30 interface it has the "EGS Access" where we can add access rules, (Name / Location / Number). This feature allow us to add the name and number of a person. It allow us to call that number and unlock the door. The problem is, we can't find an option in 3CX to add these rules to the Doorphones. As of the moment, we have to go into each doorphone and import the access table one by one. We wanted to save time to easily configure these doorphone device via 3CX. Specially if there will be new person that will be added to that access table. (It will be a nightmare to do it again on each and every doorphone device)

Hi RJ,

As a general rule, 3CX does not provision those options (or other special options that any device may have), you will have to set them up manually and they will remain that way.

We only provision the SIP parts that enable the device to make calls, and set the VoiceMail PIN number as the Door Keypad password.


You could conceivably reset and then program those things on a single device, export the entire config, then import it on the others. Once that stuff is done, you can then go and provision each one in 3CX so we can provide it with its SIP account info.
