Fanvil H2S Hotline setup... how to?

Hello!

I am planning to deploy 30x Fanvil H2S to a residential environment to replace a intercom system but need to figure out how to allow the handset to call an extension (Hotline) once the user lift the handset.

The phone has been provisioned suscesfully but I can't find the option anywhere.

Got it!

Log on to the phone IP address. username: admin and password to be extracted from 3CX -> Extension

- Go to: Line -> SIP -> Advanced Settings:

Tick "Enable Hotline" and enter your extension number.

Just restart the phone, to ensure the setting remains after a reboot/reprovision.

You may have to resort to custom templates if you wish to force this option, or simply do as you said above in case you reset the phone in the future.
