Fanvil H3W Phones - Copying past call

I've got this issue with multiple Fanvil H3W phones on one of my customer's 3CX V20 System. For background, we've configured these phones so that the top row of buttons (i.e. Assistant Manager, Room Service etc) all go to the same ring group no matter what button you press using BLF. However, we've found that if a user uses the phone to call a number or press the Voicemail button, it'll then get stuck calling that when you press any other button. However, if you then press the 'Room Service' button it'll wipe that stuck-ness and you can then press Assistant Manager and call the ring group.

For example:

User uses the voicemail button.
User then tries to use the 'Assistant Manager' button to ring the ring group.
Phone will call voicemail.
User presses 'Room Service'.
User then tries to use the 'Assistant Manager' button and it'll ring the ring group.

Has anyone seen something similar?

That's something that Fanvil needs to address.
Do you have an H5W with a screen on hand?
Try it on that model which has a screen and you will understand exactly why this is happening.
