Fanvil H5 Speed Dial with two destinations?

Hi,

I know I can create a Ring Group and assign two extension in there. But the Fanvil h5 hotel phone only can add BLF with extension. If I add speed dial it will not show the name. What is the best way to do this? Can I create an Extension and add two extension in there and ring at the same time?

No you cant... The ringgroup is correct. If you use speeddial you can give them a name to show on the phone.

Just to mention. If this are just two phones that just need to ring together, without needing any special features, they can simply be added to the same extension.

The BLF entry can be speed dial / custom speed dial type. So yes, you can add a ring group and a custom name for the key.
