Hey,
I have a 3cx system with x4 & x5 IP phones. and I want to integrate an IP intercom - for speck and open the door from my IP phones.
I search for a supported IP intercom and I didn't see that the I10 has support, but I search for that and people recommend to try adding it as a i30 it will work ? (i didn't bought them yet,,,)

List of supported supported devices

Doorphones/ PA Systems/ Intercom - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

I checked the list and it's not supported, but it can still work without provision? and when somebody press the call button It will call to a group of phones? and then they will be able to press a button to open the door?(Because its a SIP)

Hi,

Any unsupported model may or may not work.

If you have the time and and patience needed to manually test, configure, and troubleshoot it by yourself then go for it. Just keep in mind that we cannot provide you with any help if you have issues with it - you will have to take care of it yourself. Read here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-phone-how-can-i-make-it-work-with-3cx.84739/

Otherwise, if you want a model that is supported, that can automatically provision, that has already been tested and known to work well with 3CX then get a model from the supported list posted above and that should make things a lot easier.

We have successfully integrated i10 modules without much issue. We use these as SIP diallers, as you can hardwire the i10 into devices such as Panic Alarms, Fire Alarms and the like to notify ring groups of issues.
