Unsupported Fanvil i12 - 3cx Hosted

I am having an issue getting Fanvil i12 to provision on my 3CX hosted site. I did setup the Auto Provision and did the reboot as instructed but still does not connect to my 3CX hosted site. Am I missing something? Any help will be very helpful. Thank you.

Hello Dude,

As it is not a supported device in 3cx you can try to do manual registration to configure it and get it to work.

Make sure it's on the latest supported firmware, log in to the GUI and put the provisioning link in manually.

Or use an SBC.

As correctly mentioned by Cal4care, the Fanvil i12 is not a 3CX Supported device, so Autoprovisioning would not work. Did you perhaps mean the Fanvil i21? If yes, did you follow this guide here: https://www.3cx.com/support/fanvil-i20-i21-i21t-sip-doorphones/

Provided you are talking about the Fanvil i21, do note that as already mentioned by kieferschild, for a 3CX Hosted instance we recommend using the 3CX SBC.
