Fanvil i16v Video Door Intercom Won't Provision Via 3CX V18 Automatically?

I found other posts about how this device should allow me to assign extension but no dice, any ideas why? Do I need to configure it differently on 18.0.1.234? I can't find any info on the i16v and V18, looks like everything worked well on V16.

Hi Phil,

It appears in the "Phones" page as per your screenshot, but because the device is not in the 3CX supported list, there is no way to provision it automatically since the system does not recognize it as known device.

You can either get a supported model or you can try to provision it manually yourself. To be clear though, we don't provide any support for those devices so it is entirely up to you to make an unsupported device work.
