I've installed the Fanvil I20S doorbell into our system and now I want to call 3 extensions when anyone presses the ringknob on the Fanvil.
If I set this under BLF to one extension everything is working great, but if I try to add another extension it isn't working at all - no ring no errors nothing.
I tried:
- setup speed dial extension 616 + speeddial extension 617 + speeddial ext. 618 -> not working at all
- setup an ringgroup with the members: 616,617,618 and setup the virtual extension 800, and tried under BLF custom speeddial ext.: 800 -> same problem nothing happens if I press the knob.
What can I do or setup do get this working ?
