Solved Fanvil i30 with 3cx (Hosted by 3cx)

Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for pitching in to help on this and i do appreciate your time.Two quick questions
Q 1 i30 Fanvil Doorphone has come with the same firmware listed on 3cx so now my question is that when i tried to upgrade with the firmare listed on 3cx site it bounced with error saying that INTERNAL ERROR . Is that because the firmware is the same as the one that it came with out of the box ?i was under the impression that even if it is the same firmware number but there should be some changes according to 3cx ,or it is the same firmware and NO CHANGE and that is why the i30 Fanvil doorphone didn't want to upgrade itself because it is smart enough that it knows that is it exactly the same firmware ?
Q 2 So since the doorphone has been successfully provisioned with SBC onsite and is calling perfectly and i can trigger the DRY CONATCT on the door phone by manually entering the VM PIN CODE( as described on the 3cx website) and everyithing is working great , i would like to know how to program lets say 5 to send the DTMF tone to trigger the door strike ?

If the firmware version is the same as 3CX then you are ok.

Login to the device web interface, and change this to the code you want:
