Fanvil i31S Progammable Shortcuts

We have a Fanvil i31S doorphone and I would like to be able to program a certain set of keys to allow front door guests to press 2* (* to dial) for accounting, 3* for membership, etc. I programmed the main button to dial a ring group but would like to expand the functionality of the door phone.

3CX only supports the provisioning of the ring button as a speed dial.

At the end of the day it really depends on what the manufacturer offers, so If I were you,I would start by reading the device manual. It documents all the available functions so you might be able to manually enter shortcuts on the keypad if they offer this, and those shortcuts can dial the extensions you want.

If not, you can simply create a digital receptionist that will reply when the ring button is pressed, and the visitor can then dial the option from there.
