Ciao, I have just setup the Fanvil i61 and the audio works great, after some issue finding the right configuration in the not really intuitive manual. That said, I successfully deplyued the audio stream and the ring button calling the correct "call group".

Then we're moving to the Video thing, but nothing seems to work. All the posty I found were about old firmware and old version of 3CX. We're using v20, and the video stream is not working in the webaspp & mobile app (IOS). But VLS catch the video stream correctly.

So, what I'm missing to correctly setup the video feed?

The 3CX is self-hosted in vmware and the connection is trought an SBC. I would appreciate any suggestion toward the solution of the issue. (enabling PBX deliver audio does nothing to my setup).

Grazie, Alex.

Hi I tested locally using the i61 and 3CXAPP, and indeed, there was no video stream at the beginning. I tried adjusting the parameters, including changing the resolution from 720P to VGA. After that, I conducted the test again, and there was still no video stream for a period after the call was connected, but the video stream appeared after waiting for about half a minute. However, a new issue arose: the video was very choppy and became pixelated.

So, I suggest you could try lowering the video resolution on the i61 first.

In addition, regarding the new issue, I have already reported it to our internal R&D team, and we are looking for a solution to this problem.

@Drako

- please add a "Speed Dial" on the i61 pointing to a single extension (not queue or ring group)
- Enable PBX Delivers Audio in the extension Options tab

Press save and give the device some time to reprovision, then make a few calls using the call button and see if the video is now possible.
