Hi,
Since about a week ago, we have had an issue at a site that is using a Fanvil iW30 running firmware 2.1.1.3687 that will not stop ringing until it is rebooted.
We have a hunch it is due to their weird incoming call style,
instead of having extensions ringing, the speaker rings, then the extensions steal the call from the speaker extension.
The phone systems hosted in the cloud, the portforwards are correct.
We have all the extensions on static IPS with all the local sip ports etc separated out so there is no overlap.
When the speaker is ringing, there is no active calls shown in 3CX, dialing the speaker extension from another extension does not stop the call either.
has anyone had anything like this similar happen?
Cheers
Chris
