Fanvil/Linkvil W710D Registration

We are having issues getting extensions registered on the W710D, we have it auto provisioning and it is getting the settings from our 3CX server but it just won't register

Is the base properly provisioned with the PBX?

Yes I have followed the guideline and the Base station just shows unregistered, the auto provisioning is working as the base has the correct extension and server settings

So the base is not registered therefore you have communication issue with the PBX.
Are you provision behind an SBC or router phone?
