i make a call to phone Fanvil but i cant hear, and when they speak i cant hear anything. When i turn off power and start again, we can talk and hear two way. About 30minutes later, we cant hear again.

Some more information about the setup would help. Which Fanvil model is it? Is it provisioning as Local, STUN or SBC? What firmware version is it using? Does this happen when calling from one extension to another? Does the 3CX Firewall checker pass (Management Console --> Dashboard --> Firewall)?

My fannvil is IP7921, i dont know it is STUN or SBC. This happen when i calling from one extension to another. Firewall check is pass. my version is 15.5.0

This is rather important if the set is remote to the PBX (which I suspect it is).

If you use STUN, and there are more than one or two sets at the location, then audio issues can happen as the router may not be able to keep track of where audio ports are to go. Restarting the device may fix this for one device, but it may then cause another to fail. If you use STUN, be sure each device is set to use a different local port (5060, 5061,5062...etc.) Try enabling PBX Delivers Audio in the extension settings (in the PBX) to see if this helps. Thai is really only a quick fix, using an SBC at the location is the best permanent solution.

I s this happening only set to set, and not on an outside call?

Please note that i cannot find the specific model in Fanvils website and i am sure they are not included in the supported 3CX devices so i am not sure how you provisioned these devices. I would recommend using 3CX supported devices however to ensure compatibility.
