Fanvil PA2 - Ringing on External Calls

I may be overcomplicating this in my head but, I couldn't find a clear answer researching my issue.

I have a Fanvil PA2 I used to connect an old PA system for a client running 3CX. I have it setup as an intercom currently but, the customer wants incoming calls to ring to the PA system speakers as well. I was reading about paging groups but, that really didn't seem like what I needed to configure. Do I just add the extension I have configured for the Fanvil to the ring group I set for incoming calls?

Yes you can add it in a "Ring All" ring group, but the PA2 will autoanswer the calls.

Read the manual of the device and find the setting that disables auto-answering.

Alright I see where I can disable this function. I assume this doesn't interfere with Intercom?

You will have to test that, by dialling your paging code + extension from a user that has the right to intercom.
