Fanvil Phone SMS issue

Hi

We test Fanvil phone SMS, the fanvil phone is deployed behind the SBC， when we sent the sms to this phone, the phone can not receive the sms,
This is a text message between Fanvil phones, only need to send message signaling.
I check the capture file, the 3cx server sent the message to Fanvil phone local IP, not the sbc IP.

3CX doesn't support this at all (SMS only through apps, not IP phones), although you might be able to get it to work on your own.

Hi,

Whether it works or not in some cases, SMS on IP Phones was never a supported feature.

The SBC was never designed with this in mind so YMMV.
