Solved FANVIL phones partially working

Well I rebuild my 3CX and I am getting the phones to ring, to call out, and if you call then from an external line you can talk and hear each other perfectly fine. HOWEVER, if you call the phone extension to extension or extension to the DID associate to it... the phone rings when you pick it up you cannot hear anything from the handset or speaker from the phone. So it works from external numbers calling the DIDs... but if you call extension to extension or extension to DID you get nothing. What could that be?

please try mark at all the EXT in option "PBX Delivers Audio"

If these phones have been set up as STUN, then you must enable the option mentioned above.

Glad to hear! If you have more than a couple of phones at that site, you should consider installing a 3CX SBC as this will make things a lot easier to manage.
