Fanvil recently released two new low cost IP phones... V61G and V62W. I order them to test them out and demo to customers who are looking for a low cost option.
I wasn't able to get them connected to my internal 3CX phone system so I reached out to Fanvil and they sent me a new custom template to add. I uploaded the XML file to Advanced > Template > Phone Templates and now I am able to provision them. The audio quality seems pretty good.
QUESTION: When will 3CX natively support these phones? Does this take a long time to get into the approved phone list?
