Fanvil V62 BLF Keys

I found that when assigning BLF buttons for Fanvil V62W and V62Pro, BLF keys 6 and 7 and not showing up where they are suppose to be. Instead, position 6 and 7 show up as 8 and 9. So I checked the template and found this:

I created a custom template and added V62 to each of these "Fkey" under "ua". I then reprovisioned the phone with the custom template and the BLF keys show up correctly on position 6 and 7. Can we have fix to this on the default template?

I suppose you are still in V18 therefore you are not fully updated.
In V20 the latest template for Fanvil devices this is properly updated.

Ah yes, that's right. We are still using V18 because we have no need for V20. Is a fix still possible?

Our server doesn't have the capacity for V20 and we can't upgrade. Any possible fixes from 3CX end to the V18 template?

Ok, I have upgraded to V20 but the issue persist on the V62Pro. V62W is working as it should now. Any suggestions?

I'm using the V62 template. I have tried it with V62W and V62G templates as well. With V62W and V62G the BLFs work properly but then I cannot reboot/reprovision the phone via the 3CX portal. Also I found that using templates other than V62 won't give me a Web Console URL on this phone.

V62 PRO is not in the list of the supported devices you may also check the models in the template:
