Fanvil V62 Pro as a router phone

Good day All,

I can't find anywhere to determine if the Fanvil V62 Pro is a router phone. Only thing I am seeing is it speaking to the V62 as a router phone. I don't want to assume that the V62 Pro is one.

Please let me know if the V62 Pro can be use as a router phone.

We have had nothing but issues with Fanvil phones and have dumped them all together. Their support was less than helpful in the end and kept putting the blame back on 3CX, even though, the issue was squarely with their hardware and lack of specification to run the required 3CX binary to make it a router phone.

Which of the Fanvil phones you had issues with please?

We had issues primarily with the V64, but also V65 models.
V64 just never had the processing power in the chipset to be able to handle the 3CX Router Phone binary.
Fanvil ended up having to disable modules in firmware for things like Bluetooth and Wireless to have enough available memory to load the 3CX Router Phone reliably.

It got to the point where they supplied stable firmware after a month of fighting, offered no admission that the issue was their hardware, no refund for the hardware not being fit for purpose, so we dumped them there and there.

In that time, Yealink released new models, so we settled on the T73U as our standard offering.
