Fanvil V62 - reboot

When I connect my Fanvil V62 in router mode, the device keeps rebooting, but it works correctly when connected via SBC

3CX has the phones and firmware listed, that are tested and supported, please check this website:

Fanvil V62 should have this firmware: 2.12.20.1

The issue occurs with both firmware 2.12.20.1 and the latest version released by Fanvil, 2.12.22.2.
I resolved it by connecting the phone via a local/VPN connection, pointing directly to the cloud 3CX link, disabling non‑tunnel remote connections, and setting the PBX to transmit audio.
