Solved Fanvil V64 issues

Has anyone experienced weird issues with Fanvil v64 phones, using WIFI only, behind an SBC? Luckily we can provision to direct LAN, as the server is at another location on a different subnet via metro ethernet, and use the SBC as a discovery mechanism mainly for provision in v18 (until it goes away). Some symptoms we experience with 3 brand new handsets are that they basically lock up after one function, ie checking VM, making a call, receiving a call. They do not have the issue with direct LAN provisioning. All servers and phones on latest released version and official firmware. Thanks all-

Hello,

Please note that we only support and test the phones on wired LAN mode.

If you can, please switch to wired LAN as this will be the most reliable way to run the phone.

As for the WiFi issue, feel free to contact the manufacturer directly to report it.

I've had this issue as well. Router phone doesn't work over WIFI. Plug same phone into the network and it works.
