Fanvil v65 won't provision with 3cx in cloud

Hello,

I bought Fanvil v65 as that is listed as being compatible with 3CX in cloud. 3CX gave me the provisioning URL and the direction was to paste the link under System --> Auto Provision --> Static Provisioning Server. I did but Fanvil won't register with 3cx in cloud. Can anyone please assist?

Had a similar issue. the SBC IP address was blacklisted and we had a hyphen in the BLF. Once corrected, the phones would provision.

As a first step ensure that the Fanvil device is on the latest 3CX Supported Firmware.
Then check whether it is blacklisted and proceed with factory reset and provision.
