I cannot post the Fanvil device forum so I am posting here. I have a 4SC ENT subscription. The only reason I have it is for the Logo option. I have the logo working on my multiple Fanvil X5U-V2. I have tried many different formats. I have tried the suggested "Format .bmp, width 240, height 320, bitdepth 24" from the config page. I see it isn't listed in the supported phones but I also know the logo is put there by 3CX already. Any information would be appreciated.
