Solved Fanvil W610W

I bought the Fanvil W610W because it was listed as a supported phone, but when I attempted to auto-provision it, I couldn't find it in the phone list within the management console.
Is there anything what I can do to add the template?

What version of the 3CX System do you have?

So if you are using V20 update 1 beta and 3CX hosted, you won't see the device, even tho it's in the template :



You will need to wait for the final release so it will be available, as for now only in our own hosting/on-premise.
