Fanvil W611W won't upgrade firmware

Got some Fanvil W611W's which come with firmware version 2.14.2.22. 3CX wants and tries to install 2.14.2.2 but just reboots the phone, and doesn't install anything. I guess technically the phone already has a newer firmware than 3CX does? It's messing with my OCD

Is there a way of forcing 3CX to accept that 2.14.2.22 already on the phones is fine, or is there a way to 'force' install 2.14.2.2 onto the W611W? I downloaded 2.14.2.2 from the 3CX website but just get 'connection is reset' when I try and upload it to the phone via its web UI.

Delete the phone from 3CX and factory reset it.

Connect it to the network, and try to install the firmware while in its default state from its own web UI.

If it rejects the downgrade, then it's better to leave it as is, because sometimes newer hardware revisions will not work at all with older versions than the one they came from the factory.

You should be able to upgrade in the future when Fanvil sends us the next release, but we won't be aware of any possible incompatibilities/issues this untested version has.
