Fanvil X210 and X7A provisioning via STUN

The configuration guide says only the X7-V2 and the X210-V2 will work as router phones

I have successfully provisioned my X210-V1 and X7A via STUN from the Management Console and everything seems to work fine...
But when trying to provision via the Web Client the only list of phone options are the -V2 models, and it says not to attempt using others as it could cause problems.

Is it OK to use the X7A and X210-V1 without an SBC?

Those models are not router phones (they don't have an on-board SBC) hence why you don't see them there.

STUN mode has been known to be very unreliable - It works fine until one day it doesn't.
You are truly better off using the Android / iOS 3CX apps rather than using a phone in STUN mode.

We highly recommend to avoid STUN and install a standalone SBC at the location where your phones are, if you want the phones to work reliably. You can run the 3CX SBC on a PC, VM, or Raspberry Pi 4B.
