We have a Fanvil X210 phone with firmware 2.2.13, connecting to local 3CX PBX running version 16 on Debian Linux.
The first 10 BLF keys configured for the Extension in the 3CX appear on the phone in a main display section, and all work ok.

The subsequent BLF keys configured (11 onwards) appear on the phone in 3 pages of 32x DSS keys per page.
The problem we have is that (after working nicely for several weeks), suddenly the first 10 BLF keys are not working on page 1/3 .. but the BLF keys 11-96 all behave well.
The faulty BLF keys show now light, but do show the configured name of the extension, and nothing happens when you press any of these 1-10 BLF keys.
I configured the same BLF keys in the main display section (which just happens to allow 10x DSS) and they all work fine.
The web interface of the Fanvil X210 shows nothing amiss so I am thinking this may be partly a 3CX issue?
