Unsupported Fanvil x210 external ringtone

The 3cx interface does not list this field or at least I cannot find it.
I found the option in the phone's web interface under Media settings, Alert Info Ring Settings, External. But when the phone gets re-provisioned it will loose this change. Can I create a custom template to resolve this.

Yes can change it using a custom template, but it will still not appear as a field to edit from 3CX.

You would simply be hardcoding it to a different ringtone than the current one.
