Solved Fanvil X3S not registering

Hi,

I have created an extension and provisioned a fanvil x3s phone with MAC address. The extension is still red and is not working.
But if I use the same extension for 3cx app or webclient it works fine...

Have you entered the provisioning url into,the phone.

how are you trying to provision the phone , local lan or remote stun

setting up the provisioning URL manually on the phone made it work
