Dear all,i have facing a problem with Fanvil x3S phones, when i try to Rename any user name its not changed instant. what i should to for fix this problem.

Hi,

The name does not change instantly, you need to reprovision the phone.

1. Rename the extension, and press OK to save (in 3CX management console).

2. Then you go to the "Phones" tab, select your extension, and press the reprovision button.
