Solved Fanvil X3SG custom logo

Hello everyone, I am using a bunch of Fanvil X3SG phones with 3CX Hosted for a new office deployment (my first time using Hosted and also first time using these phones). We got the Enterprise license partially so we could customize our logos, but I'm having trouble. It allows me to upload the .bmp file in the phone provisioning tab, but nothing changes on the phones. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you clicked "Reprovision" with the phone selected in the Phones page? Also, make sure the Bitmap respects the dimensions and size that is indicated in that config section.

And yes, I matched the size and depth indicated for the .bmp file

To get a bit technical the X3SG needs RGB565 encoding

But a simpler solution is to first upload your image directly on an X3SG (from its web UI) and see if it will display it.

If it accepts the image, you can then put it in 3CX too.
