Fanvil X3SG Lite different model names.

Our Fanvil's X3SG Lite has two model names: "X3SG_Lite" and "X3SG Lite". I suggest this is a manufacturer mistake. But now 3CX supports only "X3SG_Lite".

Yes this was originally an issue with their early firmware.

When you install the 3CX supported firmware, you will see the correct name.

If this is not happening after you install the correct firmware, you will have to contact the manufacturer to get help in installing the firmware again via POST mode or via the method they recommend in order for the phone to start showing the correct user agent.
