Solved Fanvil X3SP

Hello, could you help me, i've been tried to configure a FANVIL X3SP IP PHONE, using SBC, is correctly connected, the issue is, when i try to answer , calls, or make a call, appears like it was mutted, i ven configure correctly a Fanvil X7 and Fanvil x4u, but this model i can't make it work. Any ideas to test?

If you use the speaker mode, does it work fine?

Works normally except when, it answer there is not voice, is like i was it muted automatically, well i finally solved my problem.I connected the IP PHONE to the same SBC network, and appears automatically on the 3cx console. Then press assign Ext or Add Ext, and automatically configure the IP PHONE, and works good.

Well was a weird problem, but finally resolved.
