I've come across something that I'm sure many others have also faced and I'm not sure where to start to hopefully get it resolved.
The Fanvil X3U Pro is a supported phone. However, only if the "name" of the phone appears to 3CX as "X3U_Pro", if it appears as "X3U Pro" it's an "unsupported" device. The fix, while simple becomes time consuming on large deployments. You have to login to the phone, and upload the 3CX specific firmware, even if it's the "same" as the phone is currently running.

These are two phones, same model, and if I upload the 3CX provided firmware of the same version the phone already has, the name will update and the phone is then "supported" by 3CX.
@fanvil is there a way to work with 3CX to resolve this in the provisioning template without creating a new one or a custom one?
Thank you.
