I have a new 3CX hosted system with 94 Fanvil X3U Pro phones. Approximately 50% of them display the correct date and time and 50% do not. Yes I have confirmed in the console that all Phone Provisioning is the same and set to our local time zone. When I remote to one of the phones not showing the correct date and time I see a different time zone. Any ideas?

Hi, I wonder if all these 94 are in the same remote location or they different locations?

Please check that DHCP Option 2 or 42 are in use in these locations otherwise the phone will take the time from the dhcp server and not from the ntp pool.ntp.org

Check all these are running the supported firmware listed here and validate that the correct time zone has been configured correctly from the extension settings ---- phone provisioning.

Alejandro,
Actually all of our phones have firmware 2.4.12.5 vs. the link you sent shows version 2.4.7.5.

so you are using a not recommended firmware version, please set the phones with the correct firmware version as shown in the link.

Also since this is a Hosted by 3CX installation, these phones must be provisioned behind the 3CX SBC.

Please check you have all this as mentioned in the provisioning guides

@bischofconsultinggroup Firmware downgrades are not something we test or support. You will need to contact vendor for further clarification.
