Solved Fanvil x4 doesn't ring

Hello, there is one extension that today stopped ringing. We have 3cx v16.0.08.16.
It is Fanvil X4, Fw Version 2.14.0.7387.

Everything was working fine till today, other phones one the same number are ringing normally except this one. Maybe I am asking stupid, maybe the problem is easy to solve, but I don't see it.

Find out if the phone is even registered, can it make calls?

Is it provisioned as LAN / STUN / SBC?

Did you try to simply reboot it first?

Yes, I did a reboot. Everything was working fine till today. I was looking trough all configuration everything is fine, like it was. She can make calls

Thank you for your reply, but in fact it was just DND that was blocking calls.
