We have around 10 Fanvil X4 handsets setup to hotdesk, as well as others assigned to specific extensions.
We are frequently having to factory reset the hotdesk phones as they become locked into a specific user, 3cx sees the HD as signed out, and wont let the phone use *77*5 to sign out.
When this happens, you also cannot login to the web interface of a phone, as the password provided under the HD extension no longer works.
Any ideas?
