Fanvil X4 phones

HI All, has anyone else had experience of these phones. We are receiving complaints that the phone is crashing. So the screen goes blank and the Lan port for the PC stops functioning. A simple reboot fixes the issue.

What firmware is installed on the phone ?. Are you running the latest supported firmware

Have you tried another network switch, to see if this resolves the issue.

Hi frog,
Are they using the PoE switches? I'm asking because the Fanvil phones are very sensitive with the power.
I saw the similar problem long time ago on my customer's side who was using the Netgear PoE switch.
That switch wasn't providing enough power to the Fanvil phone and it was freezing.
We replaced the PoE switch with the regular one and connected the phones using the power cables - issue was fixed.
Try it, probably it will fix your problems.
