Fanvil X4U BLFs do not refresh when scrolling pages

Hi,

I have a problem with the X4U v2: when I scroll the BLF pages the BLF lights do not show the correct color. Ex: if I have the third light red (calling) in the first page and I scroll to the second page, the button keeps the red color even if the extension is idle.

Someone has the same problem ?

3CX: 18.0 (build 418) (professional)
X4U-V2 firmware 2.12.15.6

We have the same problem. I do not if it existed in prior versions. We just noticed it on a recent install.

Yes, this was confirmed and will be addressed in a new firmware update.

Just checking in on this issue. Do we have an ETA on when the new firmware will be available for update via the 3CX? It looks like it was released from Fanvil on 2/10, but I know it takes some time for it to make it into the 3CX update and we would rather avoid manually updating firmware on the phones via the Webpage if we can.

Sorry, no ETA yet as there are some bugs that need to be ironed out.

Checking in again a month and a half later, as we're about to roll out a dozen of these units. For now we'll stick to one BLF page to avoid confusing the staff with the inconsistent BLF lamps. How is the 3CX-recommended firmware coming along?

There is a new firmware build now in testing.

Are there any updates on when we can expect this?? We have a new 3cx install with mostly (20) x4u's, and a few x5u's , and they keep asking about the x4u's BLF's not updating...really need this fixed!!

Hi Chris,

This firmware is expected to ship with Update 8 . I don't have an exact ETA, hopefully some point in June.

I have this problem as well. (X5U-V2 v2.12.15.6)
In the meantime, if you change pages and then lift and replace the handset the LEDs will re-sync to the current page.

WE ARE IN JULY NOW, STILL NO UPDATE TO FIX THIS. I HAVE AN INSTALLATION WITH MANY X4'S, AND WE ARE STARTING TO LOOK BAD AS WE KEEP PROMISING THIS UPDATE/FIX IS COMING....WHERE ARE WE AT TO GET THIS FIXED???
