End user here. I have a Fanvil x4u wired handset that is connected via ethernet. After about 14 minutes calls lose the voice/audio portion of the call but stay connected as an active call. Neither side can hear the other. Is this most likely a firmware issue, setup/provisioning, internet or defective hardware?

I occasionally have issues hearing the customer when I call out from my phone. Otherwise it is a brand new phone and new system. The small business who did the setup keeps tinkering but I'm hoping someone else has encountered a similar issue with a known fix.

Without knowing anything abut your setup, I'd guess that it is a network issue. A call should stay up unless a "BYE" message is received by 3CX, which, in your case, does not seem to happen. The same as if you unplugged a phone, mid call.
Does this happen on both internal calls and outside calls?

As suggested above, providing more details about your installation will allow more educated guesses, and suggestions.
