Fanvil X4U FW: Maintenance release

We did have this setup to have the three line keys function with two systems:

Line 1 is the default extension key 3cx provisioned by default.
Line 2 points to another 3cx system and is provisioned manually on the handset UI.
Line 3 is another extension on the same system as line 1.
As of today we noticed that in the handset ui we are no longer able to specify the line in the drop down the only choice is Auto 14 instance of Auto in the drop down...
What needs to change to have this function back?

Are you talking about in the 3CX UI or in the Phone UI? If the latter you'll want to ask Fanvil forums/support as 3CX has no control over that. But the most likely scenario is that you only have one account in the phone due to a configuration reset so Auto is the only option. Manually adding the second account might enable the line choice. Do note that manually configuring the phones is not 3CX supported.

This is a configuration that was working over the last few weeks and a configuration we have done on Yealink with 3CX for years for a couple of customers whom needed it. There are in-fact 3 lines duly registered in the phone ui and also showing registered on both 3cx servers. Reverse testing shows the calls are able to be received on the X4Uwith out indication on the line key. We believe it is a template issue and after looking for entries in the template we had little success in locating a specific entry. Since we are using 3cx templates and there have been similar post in the past relating to other issues with DSS on these brand phones we thought it appropriate to share here.
