Fanvil X4U Upgrade Finished

I've a client with 10 Fanvil X4U phones. All of the phones work great with the exception of one, it gets this pop up a throughout the day at random saying "Upgrade Finished". All of the phones are using the latest firmware 1.0.5. Any idea what could be causing this? I saw a few older post but no solution. TIA

This is built into the fanvil firmware, it appears from time to time when the phone provisions/syncs up to the PBX.

At the moment I'm not aware of a way you can hide them, but you can inform the users that they can safely ignore this message in case it pops up.
