Hi,
We've just set up a Fanvil X4U-V2 handset as a Router Phone, the first we've configured in this way.
As part of the configuration, we've made sure the handset is running the latest firmware, 2.12.15.6 - as listed and downloaded from the 3CX site: https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/
The phone is working fine, but we've noticed that when the phone boots up, it's displaying the Fanvil branding and not 3CX as with the other handsets.
Also, when not being used for a while, both LCD screens show a red Fanvil logo.
As the firmware was downloaded from the 3CX website, I'd have expected the phone to only display 3CX branding.
Not a big issue, but it does look different to the other handsets, the older Fanvil X4U running 2.4.12
Any thoughts.
