Good day,

I have an issue with a Fanvil X4U phone on 3CX, when someone receives a call and tries to transfer buy pressing transfer the call just goes on hold and the call can't be transferred.

This is only happening on one phone and as far as I can see the config is the same as an identical phone that works.

What could be wrong? all phones on the same firmware..

Have you tried factory resetting?

Does the extension have permission to transfer?

When they press Xfer ofc it will put the call on hold. they need to select where it's going to and press xfer again.

xfer ext xfer
